Terms and Conditions
Booking and Payment
Full payment is required at the time of booking unless otherwise specified.
Bookings are not confirmed until payment has been received and a confirmation email issued.
Prices are quoted in Australian dollars and include GST where applicable.
Cancellation and Refunds
You may cancel your booking up to 7 days before the scheduled workshop or program start date and receive a full refund, less any non-refundable administration fee specified at time of booking.
Cancellations made within 7 days of the scheduled start date are not eligible for a refund.
Transfers to another date may be allowed subject to availability and at the discretion of Shining Success Network; transfer requests must be made at least 7 days before the scheduled start date.
No-show Policy
No-shows (attendees who do not arrive and have not cancelled) are not eligible for a refund.
No-shows may be offered the opportunity to attend a future session at the discretion of Shining Success Network; any such transfer is subject to availability and may incur an administration fee.
Changes by Shining Success Network
We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule a workshop or event. If we cancel, participants will be offered a full refund or the option to transfer to an alternative date. If we reschedule, participants may choose a full refund if the alternative date is unsuitable.
We will provide as much notice as practicable of any cancellations or changes.
Dietary Requirements and Accessibility
Participants must notify Shining Success Network of any dietary requirements, allergies or intolerances at the time of booking or at least 7 days prior to the event.
We will make reasonable efforts to accommodate dietary requirements notified in the specified timeframe. We cannot guarantee provision for requirements notified after that time, nor can we guarantee a completely allergen-free environment.
If you have severe food allergies or anaphylaxis, please contact us before booking to discuss whether we can safely accommodate your needs.
Please advise any accessibility requirements at the time of booking so we can make reasonable adjustments.
Health and Safety
Participants attend at their own risk. You must follow any safety instructions provided by facilitators.
If you are unwell or have symptoms of infectious illness, please do not attend. Refunds for illness-related cancellations are subject to the standard cancellation policy unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Behaviour and Conduct
Shining Success Network and collaborators expects respectful behaviour. We reserve the right to remove participants who behave inappropriately; no refund will be provided in such cases.
Privacy
Participant information is collected for booking, communication and safety purposes and handled in accordance with our privacy policy. By booking, you consent to the collection and use of your information for future event marketing and data entry purposes only.
Contact and Disputes
Queries about bookings, cancellations or special requirements should be directed to the contact details provided at booking.
Any disputes will be handled in good faith and, where unresolved, may be referred to mediation or the relevant consumer tribunal in the state or territory of Australia in which the event takes place.
